Instructions:
The machine should be installed on a relatively solid workbench. There are 4 fixing holes on the bottom plate of the winding machine, which are used for the tight installation between the winding machine and the workbench.
Connect this unit to a 220V AC power socket, turn on the power switch, and press the reset button to clear the previous data. It will work after the display is zero.
Precautions:
Please strictly control the power supply voltage at 220V ± 10%.
The internal spindle of this machine is equipped with photoelectric sensors. It is strictly forbidden to knock both ends of the spindle, and please strictly control the axial axial movement of the spindle, otherwise the photoelectric sensor will be damaged, causing counting errors or not counting.
If there is an error, please check whether the groove of the photoelectric sensor and the turntable inside the main shaft of the fuselage are detached from each other, or rubbed, and whether they are dusted.
The circuit of this machine is an electronic circuit. Please keep away from strong electromagnetic interference such as electric welding machines, electromagnets and radio transmitting equipment when working, so as not to affect the normal counting.
This machine is a manual winding machine. It is strictly forbidden to drag with a motor.
